All it takes is a quick meeting on Tuesday, May 25 at 7:30, then we put you in your spot (next to your child if they are performing). So, you get to see the show, but also help with the security. As volunteers are the backbone of Arts Night, we need you! We are looking for the following helpers: In-school set ups:
We have a room set aside to prepare the art work. Come in at your convenience during the school day.
Night time Set Ups:
Night time set ups held in the school in the evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm. Dinner is served: May 5, May 12, May 14, May 17, May 18, May 19, May 20, May 21, May 24, May 25, May 26, and on the day of the big event, May 27.
FOOD Volunteers:
Each year we prepare cultural foods from the locations we learn about. This year’s FOOD Team will be making Eurasian food. RECIPE Pick up is MAY 5, 2010 from 4:30-7:00 pm in the elementary art room.
Security:
Yes, Arts Night needs security. These volunteers make sure the 1500 visitors to Arts Night stay safe. The SECURITY meeting will be held the week before Arts Night. Arts Night Panel Cutters MeetingOur first Arts Night Panel Cutters meeting is Feb. 10, 6-8 pm in the elementary art room. This is family friendly and dinner will be served.
